Universal Promo Codes are live
Create, distribute, and track promotional codes that redeem across digital and in-store, all from the Thanx dashboard. Promo codes are built for acquisition: reaching people who aren't in a brand's database yet through direct mail, paid media, and other external channels. Both single-use and multi-use codes are supported and validated at the POS.
- Codes are built on the same reward templates used in Thanx, so you can turn existing "20% off" or "$5 off all pizzas" rewards into promo codes without rebuilding templates. And because they share the same foundation, redemption and revenue reporting rolls up into a single view.
- Universal Promo Codes are available now at no additional cost for all Thanx customers. If you're currently managing codes across your POS and online ordering systems separately, this is a straightforward way to consolidate. Most POS and online ordering platforms are supported today.

New in the Thanx dashboard: Operations Center
With the new Operations Center in the Thanx dashboard, view and manage operational settings from a single menu.
- Easily see locations enabled.
- Review unaccepted carts and ordering errors across locations, troubleshooting issues that affect guest experience.
- See ordering status for locations, upcoming schedule overrides, and enable or disable ordering at specific locations (Toast customers only).
- Add an alert banner to the ordering experience when communication is time-sensitive.
- And manage delivery and location settings, all without navigating across multiple sections of the dashboard.

Customize the reply-to address of your marketing and transactional emails
Configure the reply-to address on Thanx emails (marketing and order/receipt emails) right from the dashboard settings. You can set one reply-to for marketing emails and another for transactional emails, so each kind of reply reaches the right team.

Date grouping and location filtering available for Orders by client and Orders by handoff mode reports
Orders by client (iOS, Android, and web) and Orders by Handoff Mode reports now support date grouping and location filtering. Slice your data by week, quarter, or location to focus on the right insights, spot outliers, and share what's working across your team.

Thanx + Kea: AI-powered phone ordering with loyalty built in
Restaurant operators have always known the phone channel is high-intent. Guests who call to order are engaged and typically know what they want. Without knowing who they are, there's no way to bring them back.
Now there is.
Thanx and Kea have partnered to bring loyalty coverage to restaurant phone orders. When a guest calls, their order connects to their Thanx loyalty profile automatically. Points accrue automatically as orders are processed, with no action required from the ops team. If they're new, a post-call SMS handles enrollment without interrupting the call. No script changes. No staff friction. Phone orders now feed the same lifecycle marketing engine as apps, web, and kiosks.
