Thanx Coronavirus (COVID-19) Relief Program

Please read below for details on our relief program.

In light of the unprecedented challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, Thanx is offering the following relief to existing customers.

Suspended fees:

Thanx is offering extended payment terms on Monthly Fees owed for the month of April 2020. All customers with an April 2020 invoice will see their payment terms extended from 15 days to 365 days for their April Monthly Recurring Fees.

For customers who pay by credit card or ACH and are set up for automatic withdrawal, please send a note to billing@thanx.com with a revised date when you would like to elect to pay your April 2020 recurring fees. Please note that if we do not receive an email from you before March 27th, 2020, we will withdraw funds as scheduled.

One-time development fees and statement credit fees are not included in this relief program and must be paid according to existing contracted payment terms. All outstanding invoices prior to April 2020 are also excluded from this program and should be paid according to the contracted payment terms.

Waived fees:

For digital ordering, Thanx is offering reduced fees to provide near term incentives to upgrade. New customers should talk to your Thanx sales rep or reach out to our sales team at sales@thanx.com for more information.

For in-app pre-paid purchases, called “exclusive deals”, Thanx is waiving all fees through July 1st (credit card processing fees still apply).
